A little about our company...

Carothers Printing Company is a locally and family owned business that has been in the Michiana area since 1935. Founded by Charles Carothers in downtown South Bend, the company became a well established full service printer in the area. Over the years business grew but as time moved on, Charles was ready to retire.

Business associates and friends, Tom and Carol owned a smaller, private printing company in their family home whose business was also on the rise. It seemed like a perfect match, so T•P Printing House merged with Carothers Printing Company and moved to their downtown location on Colfax Avenue near the river. The name remained because of the recoginition with some of the larger customers and business continued to grow.

Outgrowing the small leased space, the husband and wife team purchased their current location on South Franklin Street in South Bend. Equipment upgrades and reliable customer service still keep us competitive in the indusrty, and we hope we can make your job just a little bit easier. Staying current with most of the new printing methods, we retain some of the ''old school'' ways of doing business. Offering a variety of services from set-up and design to production and finishing, all the way through delivery is how we stay in touch with every aspect of your project.

We’ve always said, ''The company that puts it’s customers first,'' and we stand by that motto to this day. Even going on the third generation of family in the business, Keith and Lynda still believe an honest wage for an honest day's work is still a great way to to run a business.
